When you submit your order, we will send you an email invoice for payment by check, money order, or PayPal. Upon receipt of payment, we will activate your internet access to the Teaching Tools product that you ordered. We provide a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, send us an email canceling the order. We will cheerfully cancel your order and  reimburse you 100%* of your purchase price. After 30 days, the sale is considered final and you will then be authorized to download the Teaching Tools product to your personal computer for use off-line.  Access on-line remains.
